Nuendo 12 Crashing on Startup Using Rosetta 2

Hi. I’ve been using Nuendo 12 for a couple of weeks on a new M2 MBP in Rosetta mode and it’s been working fine. Unfortunately, today I can’t open it at all in Rosetta mode. After the plugin scan stage, it says ‘Initialising’, then just hard crashes. I can open it in Apple Silicon mode, but that’s of no use to me currently because I’m in the middle of a project that uses VST2 plugins.

I’ve checked out the crashlogs and they all seem to mention ‘http connection’ as a crashed thread. I’ve attached a couple of them as a zip to this post.

I’m on a tight deadline so any assistance with this would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

EDIT: The ‘http connection’ might be a bum steer … I’m now seeing different crashed threads across different crashlogs. Anyone with any idea about what’s going on, please let me know!

First things first n12 does support vst2 but only 64bit plugins. Does that help?
Second have you vhanged anything in between that could have caused this?
Try and delete (backup first!) the preferences and a complete system restart.
If nothing of this helps try and use another computer or do a reinstall of n12 (not my fav choice)

No, I haven’t changed anything that could have caused this. I’ve also tried deleting the preferences,.and have also tried a system restart multiple times. I’ll try a full reinstall of N12.

I did try deactivating all plugins and the program did open. Is there a way I can somehow clear the plugin cache of N12 and start over?
