Nuendo 12 hang and crash on close

Hello, I have an issue where Nuendo hangs/crashes when I close it 100% of the time
I’m on Windows 10 Pro
processor: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
RAM: 128Gb
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
I have a RME UFX 2

how do I resolve this issue?

Do you close the project first [CTRL+W] and then the project? Or do you exit Nuendo directly with [CTRL+Q]?

Normaly I close the project after saving by clicking on the “X” the Nuendo hangs. I usually have to close it by terminating the process afterwards

Is there a path where Nuendo stores crash logs on my PC?

Please check if it makes a difference if you close the project first, wait a moment and then close Nuendo.

If I remember correctly, the path should be:

%UserProfile%\Documents\Steinberg\CrashDumps\
