I would like to keep the External Effects view with the send and return busses expanded.
Currently:

If I leave the window open, save the project, and reopen it, the entries remain expanded as expected.

If I close the “Audio Connections – External Effects” window, save, and reopen the project, the expansion state is not remembered.
It would be nicer if the expansion state were preserved even after closing the window, so the behavior is consistent. This isn’t critical, but it would be a useful GUI consistency improvement.
