Nuendo 14 not properly routing into Macbook Pro Headphones Out

Since my upgrade to N14 I keep having these issues using my headphones output in Nuendo.

Plugging in the Headphones does make the new output show up under “Audio devices” but selecting it as standard-out will not route the audio correctly into my headphones and instead play from the Macbook-Pro speaker.

I also tried unchecking this checkbox: “Automatically configure Devices” but it does nothing.

It’s like Nuendo just “forgot” to use the headphones out. And by the way, why is it not switching over automatically? I always have to open up the configuration panel just because I have my headphones plugged in…

Problem solved. I had a custom out activated inside Rogue Amoeba “Loopback” which was messing with the audio routing :wink:
