Nuendo 4.3 on Windows 7 error

Hi,

I’ve installed Nuendo 4.3 64 bit on a Windows 7 machine.
When launching the software it gives me a Run time error:

Program: c:\Program Files\Steinberg\Nuendo 4\Nuendo4.exe

R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact the application’s support team for more information.

and the it opens and I can work with it.

What is this error and how can I sort it out?

Does this also happen if you right-click the Nuendo icon & opt to “run as administrator”?
This is a different thing to running normally from the Administrator account, and is known to clear up runtime issues in other apps (Adobe Encore).

Also, is the OS fully up to date on the C++ Runtime files (2005 and 2008 versions?)
