Nuendo 5.5 activation code issue resolved

Hi,

I got the loopmash 2 bug…When i start 5.5.3 i get the following error:

Application ‘LoopMash 2’ has caused the following error:

eLicenser(s) contain no valid license for this application.

Please connect a valid eLicenser and restart application.


I see the Nek 5 in the elcc, so that’s not the problem…Further more: if i try to startup groove agent i get the same error…Also Halion sonic SE doesn’t startup at all…What to do?

Have you checked whether the latest eLicenser Control Center is installed (www.elcc.eu) and have you tried other USB ports for the eLicenser?

please send me Nuendo 5.5 activation number .thank you very much.

I have just upgraded from Nuendo 3 - 5.5.3 and I have an issues with the following.

Application ‘LoopMash 2’ has caused the following error:

My eLicenser shows NEK 5 so I can only assume that an additional code is required.

I have checked my mySteinberg account but I don’t see a code.

im also trying to update from N5 to N5.5 and cant see my activation code at mysteinberg.
updated my ELC but nothing, trying for hours!!!

Please have a look at your account, there is an activation code waiting.

I am having the same problem. I just upgraded from Nuendo 4 to 5. That went ok, but when I updated to 5.5 I have no Activation Code

Would appreciate the help.

I am also in need of a 5.5 activation code. I went through the support system two days ago and haven’t had a response yet. Any chance of getting that code speeded up?

I’m another one that used N 5.5 trial bought the upgrade from 4 to 5.5 and only got the 5 and not the 5.5 activation code. So I get the trial key pop up as well. nothing in mysteinberg account…
