Nuendo 8.3.15 maintenance update - now available

Dear forum-members,

Just in time to make the upcoming relaxing days even more relaxing, this maintenance update resolves a few stability issues that we identified since the previous update.

The Nuendo 8.3.15 update and Version History can be downloaded here or from the Steinberg Download Assistant.

Happy holidays from the Nuendo Team!

Windows link links to mac and vice versa.
You need to use the other OS link to get your preferred version

Merry Xmas everybody

Oliver was faster

Download Assistant works as it should. The update is for the correct OS.

Hello,

we’re sorry about this.

Because we wanted to release all available updates (Nuendo, Retrologue, Padshop, Cubasis Importer) before our support department closes for the holidays, unfortunately some mixups occurred during the upload and release process. Apologies for that!

It all should be working as expected by now.

Happy holidays everyone.

Thanks for the update guys!! Happy Holidays and all the best for 2019!!!

 No problem at all, no need to apologize. I’m very happy about the update!

Hi,

With this update you broke (again) the Mediabay Aspects. All my aspects are gone after the update! (And I had several of them!).

Another thing, why when you initialize filters in MediaBay (now) also reset the columns in the result view? Come on people!!!

With this iteration of Nuendo this going like: you fix something you broke something.

Guys I do love your software, I work every single day on it, but I’m getting really tired of this kind of “beta testing” on supposedly finished products. Please, don’t make us (customers) look for alternatives because your lack of QTM before publish something.

Best and happy holidays.

If we are on Nuendo 8.0.10, do we need to upload all the updates, or just the latest, 8.3.15?

Whoa! Nuendo 8.3.15 on Windows 10 will no longer OPEN existing projects. File | Open brings up the New Project dialog! Help!!!

Thanks,

  • Jason

I’ve been in contact with support about this issue to no avail, but automation events still get created when scaling/skewing/compressing automation data (a function I use daily)

In order to clarify the issue I’ve done a short screen capture:

Reading this does not inspire me to upgrade from 7 at all.
