Nuendo not recieving audio from Rednet PCIeNX

I’m really stumped on this one. I’m a long time Cubase/Nuendo user. I’m installing Nuendo in my work’s studio. They run a RedNET system. Protools and Logic are both able play back monitored audio just fine, but I’m not getting anything in Nuendo. As far as I can tell I have everything set up correctly in the Audio Connections, so I’m really stumped about what to even ask for help on. I’m wondering of maybe some people here use a similar system and know of some issue I should be aware of. I’m attaching a few screenshots of the routing in hopes that maybe someone sees what I’m missing. I am able to drop a file in to Nuendo and hear it playback, but just not recording anything from the live room. Thanks for any help!

Hi MBira,

How is the Rednet PCIeNX connected to the other RedNet devices on your network?

What does it look like under the DANTE CONTROLLER software?

Are the other DAWs on the same computer? A different one? Not sure from your post.

Are you running more than one DAW at the same time along with Nuendo? That might be an issue.

All the outboard is going in to a Ferrofish into the PCI card on the Mac Pro.

All looks normal. Routing is the same that I’m showing in the PT and Nuendo pics above.

Same computer

Tried it all combinations. The only thing I haven’t done is restart the whole system since installing Nuendo. Maybe that needs to happen, but that will be a bit of a project.

I’d definitely try that next…
