Nuendo Not Starting


Nuendo is asking for a “valid license”.

Dorico is working, so I don’t think it’s the dongle.

Any ideas?


Try updating the eLicenser software. That often solves issues like that.

That didn’t work.

I’m trying to contact the support centre, but all i’m seeing is articles. Is there an eMail address, like, “”, or something simple and straight forward like that? :slight_smile:

I have screen shots to show the various messages I’ve seen, as I tried to get Nuendo to work.

Could someone please point me in the direction of Customer Support? Do I post the screen shots here?
