Nuendo recording "crazy cursor"

Hello,
I’m hoping for Steinberg comment on this problem as referenced in the old forum.

Recording 51 or greater tracks results in an oscillating busy cursor that makes window resizing or other small dimensioned tasks not possible. This problem is specific to Nuendo 5, not Nuendo 4.
Someone from Steinberg please comment on whether anything is being done to rectify this situation, it makes our recording sessions difficult.

The busy cursor is a bug, and will be fixed.

any news on this theme?

i just run into the same problem.

i will post a repro as video clip next week…

my main question is: what the hell ist the problem with a track count exactly 1 over 50.

and why on PC only.

in n5.5 running on parallels this problem is solved.
