Nuendo stops playing when opening other application

Dear folks,

Nuendo 14 stops playing when opening other application. It makes me crazy somethimes. Can you help me with this issue?

At least providing the OS you’re on would help.

I forget now but in Windows there’s an option to give exclusive rights to your audio interface and that needs to be turned off so nothing else takes precedence. Similar setting in audio setup or whatever it’s called…. “release driver in background” maybe?
