I’m copying some instrumental parts where a repeated two-bar phrase is numbered.
I can’t see any way of doing this with Numbered Bar Regions. Is that the case?
At the moment, I’ve settled for displaying every 2nd number.

I’m using text objects for now.
@benwiggy. This “problem” is very common throughout the classical repertoire. Most recently for me with Tchaikovsky, Sibelius, Nielsen and Stravinsky scores to name but a few.
Usually we just mark up parts with cues that keep us on track. Not notated cues, just signposts to listen out for…
Numbering multibar repetitions like this is often more confusing.
