Octave Shortcut & system Text for all Staves

Hello, I do have 2 questions…

  1. Is there short-cut for transposing notes for an octave? So like for halftone and whaletone?

  2. Is there a chance to put in system text, which appears in all single staves and single layouts? Like the ritardando or acc. signs?
    I have to put in a lot of explanations into a partitur.

  1. Cmd/Ctrl-Alt-Up/Down.
  2. Shift-T for Tempo markings and Shift-Alt-X for System Text.
