I really try to instal offline installation, It is so strange because there is no problem with offline installation X-Stream. I made in Activation Manager file: 1.smtgreq and then in Generater Licenece Files I received file 1.smtglic. This is in case of X-Stream but Cubase 14 trial I cannot do this. Generater Licenece Files is not working. On my account I have information that Cubase 14 Not used on any computers but X-Stream is used on my offline computer (there is number and date), What is going on? Why I cannot activate Cubase 14 trial. I like to buy it but I have to try for only few days if all my old project and VST will work?
I doubt that you can do a offline activation for a Trial license. The trial expires within 60 days, so the offline license could lead to an activated product that does not know about the license end.
I think you are right. After 2 hours of fighting I get to this same point. Cubase trial offline is not available. So I cannot check it up. It is working offline parts of Cubase like X-Stream etc but Cubase is not available. Steinberg should inform about this in their help center.
But I can be online on activation time and then working offline and system will not know about me? I try to this on other computer maybe I click something wrong during try of trial installation.
