Offset fingering numbers

The new classical guitar fingering support in Dorico 3 is nothing short of marvellous.

Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to achieve the effect shown in the attached graphic? This way of showing fingering for a held pattern at the start of the bar is uncommon, but by no means extraordinary – and it is kind of logical given the mechanics of how the fingering works.

I tried offsetting the fingering numbers from the second note by a big negative number in Engrave mode, but Dorico won’t allow them to precede the first note (it just widens the note spacing).

Thanks!

No, you can’t do this with the built-in fingerings, because as you have found they are taken into account when determining the width of each note or chord. Sorry!
