Seemingly out of nowhere, regardless of project, my audio playback does not sync with grid, I get no audio click, and my MIDI does not play as input, although in the part editor, the notes sound correctly. Before I consider a complete reinstall, any possible fixes available?

Here ya go - pretty sure that’s not the issue. At this point, I am considering either a reinstall on the Cubase 12 or just upgrading to 14. Thanks for the feedback, though, perhaps you have other paths to pursue.
FYI, Reinstalling does not initialize the software. Instead you should start Cubase in Safe Mode

So, as an example, if I put a bass drum hit on beat one, it won’t sound until 2.2 or so. MIDI output just does not correspond to the inputted notes. Really at a loss as to why this is happening, as I stated earlier, this seems to have started out of nowhere.

What Audio Device do you use? What kind of driver do you use? What is the Buffer Size?
Hooray ! After updating my interface driver and increasing the buffer size, seemingly everything seems honky dorey! Thanks for the feedback.
