I no longer have access to the computer I had Cubase on. Is it possible to reinstall the version I paid for without repurchasing it?

Download the Steinberg Download Assistant (Search if you need to) and choose the products you own.
There might be more nfo that you need, but then the forum would need to know about your OS and exact software products and versions.
