I have some projects from an old oem cubase that came with a sounblaster soundcard.
Is there any way to import or convert the .all and .arr project files into cubase AI elements 9.5

You can install an old Cubase SX 3 (SE/SL 3) and make the conversion to the CPR here.
OK. Thanks for the info. Sounds like a plan. Where can I get cubase SX 3 and how much would it be.

With the current Cubase license you can start an older Cubase too (the same drivatives level).
