Old USB Dongle doesn't work, was given new one. HELP PLS

hello guys,

the old Cubase usb dongle stopped working and I was given a new USB dongle from my distributor
the problem is that now when I try to put the new usb dongle in my computer to activate, it is telling me that the license is already active on another usb

pls help

Start license center and plug in both dongles. It’s simple drag’n’drop of the license then.
If the old dongle doesn’t work at all, I think you have to contact the customer service. On a new dongle you should find demo licenses for all Steinberg products, so you can at least continue working.
