I would be very interested in the ability to train a clients or my own voices - only if - this data was not shared/given/stolen to Yamaha/Steinberg.
It could be a very useful production tool - creating harmonies and adlibs, collaborative song-writing where we can write with a clients voice so that the writing process translates for when they are in studio, the producer singing parts/harmonies but then replacing their voice with the clients, saving the clients vocal chords during writing, adjusting production/songwriting after the client has left.
Obviously any professional who is going to be ethical, is going to ask the client about how they feel about AI in general, and then specifically about exact tools being used in the production process… And perhaps offering a good faith contract of not using their voice for anything other than their own projects but, most Instagram models who are trying to start a singing/DJ career don’t care.
