Dorico is loading and working but the tabs in write don’t have any of the correct notational symbols.
I tried re-installing but no joy. Using the latest Dorico version

I should also say that Dorico delivers a message before loading a file that says
‘Source Sans Pro’ font is missing from my Laptop
I did wonder if that is related.
It won’t help, certainly, though Source Sans Pro is not used for the icons; the icon font is called Dorico Icons and is located inside the Dorico folder in Program Files.
Some of us have had font issues with the installer before. If you look in Program Files\Steinberg\Dorico4\fonts there should be the following 14 items:
If you don’t have all of those, then the installer didn’t install the fonts correctly. You could re-run the installer or manually install the fonts from a previous installation if you still have a prior version installed.
Yes, thanks. The Fonts are all there including the Source Sanspro and the Dorico icons

Yes, cleared the font cache. tried this twice.
In Services there was not Windows Presentation Foundation app.
No Luck in fixing things.

Can you try manually installing the Dorico Icons font via the Fonts applet in Control Panel?
They don’t appear inb the list of the Font apllet. Tried installing directly from Dorico fonts folder. Windows says it doesn’t recognise the file as a font!
How big is that file in your Dorico 4/fonts folder?

I think It may be that my ’ Install for all users’ direct from the font file worked. and also the Sans pro font was no longer missing
