On-screen Keyboard does not send modulation or pitch bend information

How to reproduce:

  1. Add an instrument track with any VST instrument (i.e. Retrologue)
  2. Press Alt+K to activate the On-Screen Keyboard
  3. Press Numpad .Del to change the On-Screen Keyboard mode to reveal the pitch bend and modulation sliders
  4. Move either one of the sliders
    ā†’ Result: no midi information gets transmitted to the VST instrument
