so you cant use the

anymore

I am not sure what you are asking for, actually. For example, do you want to see Cubase 7 Pro in the SDA and run it without having to install the eLicenserControlCenter and plugging in the necessary dongle?
Or do you want to have one installer that automatically installs all previous Cubase versions you’ve ever owned?

Hi,
Steinberg had changed its old dongle/eLicenser-based licensing system with the introduction of Cubase 12 in 2022 and finally shut down the servers needed for the old eLicenser based system in May 2025. Therefore, you can only run versions older than 12 with a physical USB eLicenser and a locally installed eLicenserControlCenter which doesn’t require servers.
