is it possible to change to one stem condensing ?

Yes, if you use the manual condensing approach:

yes, I did.. but that didn’t work. there was also an error thing with the 3 voices from the a 3 divisi from the measures just before.
but, meanwhile I took a deep dive into the condensing engraver options, and came out with, not one stem, but with two flageolet rings,
so I’ll take that for now.
this is what I tried:
though there shouldn’t be three voices. I went from divisi 3 to divisi 2 but it seems to hang over from that..
the score is now:
vln I, first three soli and then tutti div with finally the two rings..
One can only change the number of divisi staves at a system break.

hm. of course..!
but it can become a little tricky in the score..
easier in the parts, where you can do system break more freely..
should I have done differently in the manual condensing ? all three up-stem ?
