online Store Download problem

how to download all that I had previously bought the online Store, when you try to go to the links in the accounts on Email newsletters I see the serial number, but I can not download what I bought (no download link). What do I do now?

Just contact the Steinberg support and let them know:

I also had the same problem and they were very helpful. They quickly added download links to the products in the account.
