Online support not available for UR44

Trying to request email/online technical support for a UR44 in MySteinberg using the My Support option is not possible. A registered UR44 does not appear as a selection option in the Registered Product selection list. The UR44 is not listed as a supported in the current support list either.


There was a problem in the MySteinberg area that has been solved now.

Now it is possible to select the UR44 for support purpose.
