Hi,
I’m trying to open up a trial version of Halion Symphonic Orchestra. I have downloaded it and it is sitting in my Steinberg Library but when I start up Cubase it tells me “some content could not be loaded. Either licenses are missing or time-limited licenses have expired: HALion Symphonic Orchestra Factory Presets 01”
I wondered whether my ELicencer wasn’t working properly and opened that up whereby it prompted me to perform maintenance tasks and when I did so I was informed that “There are still other applications running which prevented this process from succeeding” and that online synchronization has failed.
Does anyone have any ideas?
