open last project

hi

just upgraded from cubase 5 after many years. A Lot of old plugins etc reinstalled, replaced patched so hopefully ready to go
After checking references
The new program seems to be missing open last project in startup, now there is this annoying (at least to me )news feed page, can it be done away with?

Yes, open last project is gone, find “Use Hub” in the prefs (General, I think) and uncheck it, to get rid of that.

Ah thanks for the reply. It’s a shame it’s gone and daft as many programs like final cut Pro etc have this feature, seems shortsighted to remove it from Cubase. I mostly work on one project for weeks on end, so it was handy.

It’s not a big deal to click on the project to load it though I guess.
