Open menu by clicking on a track. How do I do this?

You guys see this video at 1.25

There is a box that pops up. It almost looks like the user clicks on the vocal track and this pops up. How do they do that? I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get that window to pop up.

and no I am not talking about Spectralayers. I have that and know how to get that open through Audio/… I am talking about the box that says
