Hi all!
I use Cubase v5.5.3 and I’m wondering if it’s possible to assign a keyboard shortcut or a MIDI controller to the ‘open editor’ button for a given audio insert slot. I’d like to press the button and have the plugin’s window appear; press it again and it would close.
The aim of this question is to provide the following functionality: using a Behringer BCR2000 and a standardised set of inserts on a given audio track, I’d like to be able to open each of the plugins by pressing the corresponding encoder on the top row of the BCR. Plan B would be to bind a set of 8 keys on the computer keyboard to the 8 ‘open editor’ buttons on a track’s inserts.
Is this possible?
Windows 7 x64, Cubase 5.5.3 x86
Many thanks for any assistance!
