open two key editors for different tracks

Hi,
Is it possible to have two key editors open in Cubase 9.5? I’m trying to follow a Cubase 7 tutorial that shows how to drag notes between two tracks, open in two key editors at the same time, but I can’t find a way to do this in Cubase 9.5. I read that you can unlink editors by clicking on Preferences/Editing - uncheck “link editors,” but I can’t find this in Cubase 9.5 preferences. Is there another way to drag notes between two different tracks in Cubase 9.5? Thanks.

Yes, this is possible. Change these two preferences:
Editors > Double-click opens Editors in a Window
Editors > Editor Content Follows Event Selection > disable
