How do I open a previously saved CD file so that I can burn another copy or two, or rearrange the tracks and then burn?

Sorry for being so obtuse, but I cannot find a Basic CD File menu. One appears when I generate a CD from a montage that I can use to save the CD, but I cannot find anywhere where I can open a CD file and it opens the CD file without creating a new montage.
If I start from a clean open of Wavelab (Mac) where do I go to open a CD file?

CD tab belongs to Audio Montage Workspace
