Opening a Dorico file in Cubase: Tempo problem

I am using Dorico Pro 6.1.10 and Cubase 15.0.6

When I open a Dorico project in Cubase there are problems with some tempos: namely ritards and “a tempo”s.

Here are the Dorico Tempos:

Here is how it opens in Cubase:

The start of the ritard shoots up to 120. The ending tempo of the ritard is correct, but then the “a tempo” goes back to 120 (instead of 96).

I’m guessing the problem originates with the ritard tempo item in Dorico. Is there a setting I need to adjust?

This is a known issue. We have a fix for it which should be in the next Cubase update

I think it was spotted on our beta tester list rather than the main forum.
