Opening a Dorico file with expired trial version

I have a bit of an odd problem—I just opened Dorico to find that my free trial version has run out, and my composition lesson is in an hour! I’ve applied to buy the full version, but I’m getting the competitive crossgrade, and I’m not sure it will be validated in time for me to print out my music. Is there still a way for me to open my files so I can convert them to pdfs and print them?

You could try downloading Dorico SE, which is free, and see if that can correctly open your file for PDF conversion.

You won’t need to download it again, just obtain the correct licence.
