Opening a .wav file...the way I want

Okay, here is the stupid question of the night. Since WL4 I admit I don’t know if there is a way to do this but I’m going to ask.

Every time I (ctr+O) (open a .wav file,) the entire track or song is not in range. Every time after opening I have to use the zoom KC (Ctr+down arrow) to get the entire track or song in range.

So how do I get this to happen automatically, every time I open a file?

It’s a preference in the Audio File prefs. There’s a checkbox to display whole audio file on open.

Weird. I have starred right at that plenty of times before looking for that preference. Thank you.
