My Windows 10 desktop computer will not open a MP3 music file sent to my email so I can send to friends

Can you give a little more details, please?
Did you export from Dorico into an MP3 file? And that MP3 does not play on your computer’s media player? Is that your issue? Can you send it to u dot stoermer at steinberg dot de and I can try to play it here on my machine?

Is this anything to do with Dorico, or just a Windows/email problem?
Are you trying to open this file (in a media player)? You can’t open mp3 files in Dorico.
Or just trying to forward it in your email client?

The mp3 file is 16.5MB, which is larger than most email services will allow. You should probably use a service like dropbox or wetransfer.
