Every time I open the key editor (Ctrl E), Cubase 6.0.7 (Build 364) 64bit takes me to the highest octaves of the instrument… meaning that I am spending endless time scrolling down to the pitches we all most commonly use.
Can one control where the Key Editor opens on the edit page? ie bar no. and pitch?

Are you on Windows? I have had the same problem when I was maximizing the project & edit window, but ever since I’ve started to just use regular window size (with ugly blue frame), this problem disappeared.
YES! Thanks for that suggestion. The problem seems to have gone away - so I’ve adjusted the window size and saved the new workspace. Fingers crossed…
