Optimized performance with Cubase 11 on 8+ core system?

Can somebody confirm a performance improvement on systems with more than 8 cores like advertised by Steinberg? Particularly I would be interested in systems with more than 16 cores as I’m running a 32 core threadripper and wondering if Cubase 11 will utilize my cpu better than Cubase 10 what I am using now.

Whatever those improvements are (? it’s really not clear) - performance is the same as V10/10.5
