Ordering new eLicenser ??

I accidently broke the eLicenser key the other day while moving my computer. Is there any discount if you already own one or do I have to spend the full price for a new key? Can I send it back in for an exchange etc?

I know this is probably a stupid question but I had to ask.

Thank you for the link! I looked around but it seems like the new site has so many different pages that seem to just go back to where you started… I was having a hell of a time finding this out.
