Is there a way to organize by alphabetical order the drop down menu: “activate part for editing” ?

When pressing a key to find an instrument (let’s say I pressed T for Trombonnes)
The drop down menu doesn’t really behave properly…

It sometimes skips some instruments beginning with “T”…

Is there anything I should know that could help me find instruments faster via this drop down menu?
