How could I fake this ornament in Dorico?

I’ve had some success with vertical lines, but needless to say, at a snail’s pace… :slight_smile:

Maybe with a new Notehead that includes the line?

The symbol is in “other baroque ornaments” in Smufl. https://www.smufl.org/version/latest/range/otherBaroqueOrnaments/ (except it is named “… before the note”)

You can add it as text, or make a playing technique. This was resized to 20pt, with the default staff size.
