Dorico Pixies & Elves is there the possibility of including in the Ornaments pop-up a short and long slur / phrase mark which would be useful in percussion parts. I find myself using the long jazz sus / fall arc.

can you show a picture of what you are aiming for? (and how you are now using the jazz sub/fall?)
Hi Christian I would just like a medium / long hanging slur / tie from a say cymbal crash or timpani note to show let that note sound / ring on. up to now I have been using the jazz sub/ fall. to include the slur type shape there would be so useful, as the code for the other shapes is in that slide out box. you can use Laissez vibrer tie, from the properties panel. You can adjust its length globally from Engraving options/Ties/Length/Laissez vibrer ties, or locally, in Engrave mode (dragging the control points or using the values in the properties panel in the Ties section of the panel):
