I’m trying to replace a “soprano divisi” with an “ossia,” but it’s creating a brace. Is there a way to make it into a bracket like in a full score?
Is it really an ossia, or do you just want to show the soprano parts with a smaller staff size? You could do the latter by adding 2 soprano players and then setting those staves to the same size as an ossia (67%, by default).
It is partially needed, like Ossia.
Does this layout need multi bar rests? If not, you could use this method along with cutaways.

If you use cutaways, you’ll see a slight line where you marked it. It seems you can’t cut it perfectly clean, like in an “ossia.”
