Ossia line and tempo mark

Is this as it should be? Ossia line above tempo mark? Honestly, I have no memories of this sort of situation.

If you think it would be better to put the tempo mark above the ossia line, how can I achieve? I couldn’t figure out, how to pull closer the ossia staff to the related staff…
