Hello , ist it possible to have an Ossia with just one staff line for a rhythmic variation?

You could fake it using a rhythmic cue, then enlarging its distance to the staff and drawing a line across it. If the rhythm is present in another instrument, just cue it and hide the labels. If not, you’ll have to create an extra player and exclude it from the layout.

Or export a graphic slice from a separate project, and import it.
