Hello everyone. I have an issue with Cubase, OS X, and a Yamaha MG16XU mixer. I am trying to record into cubase from the new Yamaha MG16XU mixer using the USB, but there is no input signal. The output is fine and I can play music from the computer through the mixer using the USB, but not record from it. I updated Cubase AI to 8.0.40.
I have tried a couple of different USB cables and been through all the settings until everything is running together in my mind. I am running OS X 10.11 El capitan on a Mac Pro with 16 GB of RAM. Am I missing something here? I am currently using a 3 foot USB 2.0 to connect them.
