OSX:Cubase crashes when loading project from WinXP

Hi all,
I did some projects under WinXP, SP3, Cubase 5.5.2
Open program cubase 5.5.2-637 in OSX 10.6.7
Open project
->Cubase crashes

Used VSTi: Groove Agent 3, Hypersonic as main instruments.

I have experienced crashes in OSX with cubase, very infrequent, usually a plugin is the culprit. Can you try removing them from the project, save the program in windows, without any plugins them open in OSX. Just a thought.

Still same problem remains. I tried to export to OMF, save with new name, and followed the troubleshootings from steinbergs support pages (hide VST folder…).
VSTi used: Hypersonic. But even if the vsti is shut off, the file won´t open.
