System is running OSX 10.6.7, Cubase 5.5.2.
Installer tells me, didn´t find Cubase 5.
Any help needed, please.

Perhaps you changed the name of the .app? I did this in the past and had the same problem. I named it Cuba5e because I also had Cubase 4 named Cub4se. I just gave it the proper name and tried again and wahlah, it worked. Or maybe it was the icon I changed, either way. If its not the name change or icon, I cant help you. Sorry.
No change in appname or icon, installation as proposed.
