OSX: Plugin Windows staying black and open after closing

Hi, I have updated to OSX 10.11.3 and whenever I open a 3rd party plugin (Eventide, Lexicon etc) the plugin window stays black and open. Thats with Cubase 8.5 of course. Its annoying. Same with others?

Not here, works as expected on Mac OS X 10.11.3. Are these plug-ins 64bit?
