Hi all
with the idea to have an audio track play in Dorico I searched the web to find a converter that could take an audio file (any format) and transcode it to a video format that Dorico could display.
I couldnt find any thing yet
Have any of you tried this route already ??

A way to do it:
1-Create a 720p/1080p project in any video editor(I use Final Cut Pro X on Mac)
2-From the desktop drag a 720p/1080p screenshot or picture to the project, and the wav/mp3 audio file you wanna use.
3-Then export/share the video project
4-Import it into Dorico
I use 720p for scoring, runs better and the quality is good enough
